Is that GT Silver, or Polar Silver, on the turbo? The others are Arctic silver right? What a sexy trio. Suits you sir!

Thanks!
I'm not sure but I'll ask him! Correct the 996s are Arctic silver

Yesterday I got my Rennline Carbon mirror covers, had to fit them immediately

And today I left her to get a new windshield and seals due to a big stone chip and crack!
Looks so good outside and with the new "mirrors"

Picked her up from the local Porsche dealer with a brad new windscreen and seals, I knew my old one was bad but damn that made a huge difference.
Kinda missing the banner but really like the clean look without it

And a picture from today when I drove her home

Oh, and I finally decided on a steering wheel!
Should hopefully arrive soon, will pair it with a works bell short hub

Winter season is upon us here in Sweden, last wash and drive for 2023. First season with the 911 and I love it!
It's defiantly a different feeling compared to my old S2k but yet familiar. Both have that analog drivers car feeling

Foam party in October?

Out in the sun:

Wheels cleaned:

And parked up for the winter:

First snow has arrived so the 996 will sleep until march-april depending on the weather.

My local Porsche dealer had a shift boot with the trim ring that they had laying around and they asked if I was interested, snagged it up for pennies
I'm waiting on a new Alcantara shift boot from redline die to a warranty and fitment issue on the old one.

But the trim ring really adds to the interior!

So had some time over and decided to start the rear bumper conversion

Thanks for all the info from here, I had the mark 2 heat shields and tailpipes, license plate lights and harness, so everything went back together without any issues

Swapped the heat shields:

Bumper on:

And I got an oem shift **** with the shift boot so I decided to try that, love it. That's staying in the car!

Found this great tip here on Rennlist to swap over the GT3 seat belt adjuster, since mine had a annoying vibrating sound I decided to the mod.
Part number: 9968035410001C

The swap is super easy and takes about 5 minutes
Old big bulky over engineered one:

Talk about looking out, I mean it's better that it gets used then sitting in the garage waiting for spring to arrive?

And if anyone is in the market for one, here's where I bought it
Teile.com / Partnr: PCG34708420

I have the regular Momo version of the wheel and personally, I like the color crest on mine. Excuse the wide angle distortion!
