I considered buying a set of BBS wt the mesh look And aluminum ring. I was then going to have the middle powdered coated to the color of my roof and interior being metropol blue. Thought be cool but would prob cost like 6k when all done if not more. Then cleaning them would be a beast.

You like them and that’s what matters.
For me those wheels are aesthetically the worst part of a 997 turbo.
They look like they’ll continue to spin after the car stops.
Everyone has different opinions on style.
Right now people love and will pay more for 911 in fly yellow.
I’d pay extra for a 911 that isn’t yellow.

Right !! I have found that these wheels are very " polarizing "....to Porsche people, they either love them or hate them....
And I don't know why ??
