So meet my early car. 3/98, Glacier White with 105k miles. Amazing condition. Lived in dry Cali for all it's life. Original paint...I've debated about installing the aero kit. But it came out so well in the detail that I'm not. I'll keep the aero bits for a rainy day. I love the lines of a factory 996.
So mods to come and pictured are:
Quicksilver exhaust
Ohlins
Numeric Shifter and cables
Black GT3 seats (those gray one in the pic are going into my 2001) maybe.... the black factory seats are so clean so I'm torn.

I love the look. What widths are the wheels? Are they 18s? I also have a 3/98 Glacier White and a set of similar wheels that I have not mounted tires on yet. I think I'm going to get some tires soon.

Ambers are the best and you've got a nice looking early build there! It is going to look great lowered on those black twists! I've always thought black rims pair exceptionally well with white cars. I'll hopefully be picking up my own 3/98 next week!

Thanks sir. These are Hollow 18's. They come in many different sizes. 7.5 or 8" fronts. 9 or 10" rears. Either combo of the two will work just fine with the stock tire size.

Recent job change means I'm splitting my time between LA and SF. Have to use the Porsche as a daily when in SF for work, hence the dull parking garage photo.
