This colour has grown men flagging me down to ask if it’s a real factory colour (I guess… as opposed to a wrap?). I thought I would get nice compliments at Cars and Coffee, but this reaction has taken me aback. I didn’t anticipate it at all. It started right away and hasn’t stopped since in the ten days I’ve had it. I imagine once the neighbours are all gone through, it will slow down! lol 😂

Ocean Jade was on my list when I was repainting my 996. Ended up with Cool Turqoise since it had a bit more blue, but Ocean Jade was number two....congrats on the car!!!! When you have this crazy of a colour (compared to Black, White, Gray), people will always ask you if it's paint or a wrap, and factory vs not.

New spark plugs, revised coils, and revised intercooler piping seals. Waiting on Tarett to send me some tie rods, and then the front suspension goes on.

Oh man, what a memory kickback on A&W. We don't have anything like that here now but when I was in high school we were at the A&W most nights for car hop service by cute babes in A&W tiny skirts. Hamburgers and giant root beers....
Sweet memories....growing up had some definite positives....
