I added the Rennline battery kit and PC925 battery in my car. Worth a good 12lbs savings. The interstate battery I had before weighed 38lbs. I weighed the new battery and rennline bracket and I’m at 26 flat. That and the spare removal and tool kit, definitely is progress in the right direction in the front of the vehicle. The Lithium units are tempting as well, let me know if you grab one. Antigravity seems to offer a nice product. Hope you get to enjoy your car when you’re back in Oct!

 

I priced the Antigravity for our cars at about 750.00ish (used the drop down menu and chose 30amp hours... no idea what I really need). I know they have sales often but the quick start feature looks pretty damned cool.

 

Got an update from RPM Technik which was… they don’t have an update from the manufacturer yet. Kinda knew it was going to take a while but slightly annoyed. The DP is ready to ship which probably is why I was hoping the Duckbill was going to be ready around the same time.

 

Finally back on US soil and should be back in Miami by next week. Just in time for a family trip to the local pumpkin patch with my girlfriend and her son but also…. For the DP-Motorsport carbon to arrive as well. Also looking to update the overall weight difference between the GT3 wheels vs the OZ and some fender-well area detailing. I don’t think my Chevy Impala is capable of speeding. Oddly enough my worst ticket ever was in a 2010 Toyota Yaris hatch, 30mph in a school zone… the sign was occluded by a tree and luckily it went to court and it was thrown out. The judge was pissed at the cop, there were 10 people that all had their cases thrown out for the same reason.

Side note, if any of you are ever in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area… there’s a very good sandwich place called Taste. Love this damned place.
