After heavy rain I'm getting water behind the passenger seat. I've taken out the rear speaker and mucked around but couldn't find any blockages. Any tips on what to do here? I've read other posts but haven't found a solution Thanks!
I owe you guys an update. Hopefully this helps someone else. I noticed that some water was pooling in the drain tray, pictured in the red arrows. I tried a thousand different things it drained slowly I ultimately took it to a mechanic who said they cleared out all the lines, this is a European service center who says they have a Porsche guy. Still was leaking took it to a top specialist who came recommended from the community here he thought it could be the middle window seal of the top. Ultimately no it was a clogged drain and the mechanic just never looked at it. And lied to me obviously.
From the top I tried everything, compressed air, clothes hangers, boriscope, you just can't get through all the twists and turns. So I took the wheel off took the fender cover off which is only 3 plastic nuts and super easy. Then I found the obvious obstruction. Water's flowing nicely now Big rain this week will find out if it worked for sure.
Thanks for the all the input! In the end I had the data just needed to stop pussyfooting around and get the jack out. (Oh I didn't have a jack spacer, never bought a hockey puck, took a hack saw to some old shrunken croc shoes and made a great one).
