Exactly why I traded from the 986 to 996! From day one of ownership! We cruised the block a few times and have been on half a dozen proper day trips since. I had no doubt it was possible from having a 73 in my teens/20's. A few skateboard trips fully loaded around the bay arrea in the 2000's and some memorable one's with 4 people over the golden gate, windows down, sunrrof open and rear quarters popped out. Where theres a will, theres a way!

I agree. It would be a LOT tougher in a coupe. But it was no easy task in the Cab.

Those little munchkins look like they fit perfectly back there. Try a 250 pound dude some time. lol

A 4 hour trip in the back seat on a road trip. As long as there were lots of stops, it was ok.
