Default ****! Oil Leak!!!! 911 (Updated)

Leaking from the passenger side onto exhaust manifold. Need to run to an appointment (taking my truck) but need some idea's gang...

Power steering fluid is leaking from the small line coupler.

I had a pretty good one from the bank 2 variocam solenoid cover - replaced it for $20 and an hour or so under the back.

Passenger side and up a bit higher is the oil pressure sender unit. Might also be a source of oil drip on that side.

1/4 cup is a decent amount of oil, it should be hard to locate once you get a minute to crawl under there. I would think Plug tube o rings but that seems like too much for those???

Camshaft plugs?
I agree 1/2 a cup is quite a bit.
Sometimes finding the source can be tough, but I'd think that up on jack stands and vehicle running, you should be able to find it.
You might need to clean off that side of the engine to find it though.

I had a leaking cam position sensor, but it wasn’t pouring out.

1/4 may have been an over estimate (it was raining) and probably more like an 1/8 now that I think about it. What really sucks is the grass driveway got tore up and turned to mud so I'll have to hose all that down to see what I'm dealing with.

Landlord was supposed to drop some gravel (and never did) before the move, now I have a muddy mess until the sun comes back for a few days.

Yup, broken O-ring. Amazing how a .05 cent part can create so much anxiety...It was already a bad day without this. Glad I was home when it happened and very glad I didn't burn it down.
