OMG! Too funny. I thought about that for a second and realized I am an extremely lucky man and could still pull off selling one kidney if I run into this scenario (kiddingly-kinda, pm me if interested, lol).
My wife's kidneys (both) failed 10 years ago and she needed a transplant. She had no viable family members so she made me go to the doctor to see if I would be a match. Well, that's like playing the lottery! The odds of me being a match is crazy so I said "sure, my love, no problem". Well, crap, guess what? I was a perfect match, but high blood pressure knocked me out of candidacy at the end. She got another kidney 3 years later and all is good. I still have 2 left and can afford to give up one for my 911 dream

In all seriousness, that's a tough one to work through. Best of luck.

My blood pressure would skyrocket if I was suddenly a candidate to give up a kidney too!
