GT2 is hands down the most aggressive looking 911 ever made thus far.
Therefore it is my favorite.
GT3-RS would be my next favorite, because the wing on the regular GT3 Mk. 2 looks too wimpy.
C4S is nice, but the back looks too plain. Too easy to mistake with the Beetle shape, which is an inherent problem for all 911's, but less so with a nice fat wrap around wing.

1) GT2 all the way!
2) then the Turbo,

4) GT3 RS
About performances :
1) Turbo (love the 4WD)
2) GT2
3) GT3 RS
3) GT3
And if i could do a mix! :/

I love the 996 as a pure designed object, and i think it shows that the 911 has now truly evolved into a beautiful machine. i like nearly all versions, although I think thye GT2 looks a bit unfortunate with that huge front bumper.
My choices are:
1) GT3
2) C4S
3) Turbo Cab
4) Turbo
Although most liely i'll be buying a C2 in a few years time and giving Uwe Gemballa a call for one of his bodykits. But only when I'm bored of my 928

Been out of the country, looks like I missed contributing to this thread.
I like the GT3 and the GT2 in concept, because they represent the ultimate performance Porsche in NA and Turbo form. The price of the GT is just too stratospheric to be in contention. However, the question was "sexiest 996". Performance aside, assuming all of them have equal performance, which one is the sexiest?
Definitely the C4S, IMHO. The flared nostrils of the turbo go very well with the wide rear hips that are not broken by the turbo intakes. Viewed from the front, the cockpit sits on top of this body that flares out into the wide rear shoulders giving it a racy appearance. The wide rear is further accented by the red strip when viewed from the back, a back that is supported by the wide wheels that are just barely contained by the wide wheel wells. The cosmetic louvers in the rear call attention to those wide hips, sorta like the slits that go up a womens skirt exposing her legs and pointing to a voluptuous rear .
My best combo would be a C4S body with the GT3 performance.

Alright. Here's my favorite pic. I like my women, and my cars, all natural . No fluff, no make-up, no fake enhancements. Just a bare *** naked C4S in a pose it looks sexiest in: AT SPEED.

All 911's look alike, Steve. They are all "made to look like" one another, or didn't you notice . Within that basic look, each have distinct character that make them a C2, a C4S, a turbo, a GT2, a GT3. They are all sexy. However, based on that 911 look, the C4S is the sexiest.
BTW, I'm not knocking aftermarket stuff. A lot of them look excellent. I just like au naturale. Again, that's IMHO.
