So I swapped the coil packs. The job was actually much easier than I had anticipated. Done in my driveway on jack stands. Running nice and smooth with much better power throughout.
Are you guys changing the coils proactively? I'm changing my plugs right now and already have the coils out. All the spark plugs look fine. I plan on testing the coils with a multi-meter before putting them back in.

I had a misfire on #1 due to a cracked coil that got wet. Changed them all out for the revised upgraded coils. They are a bit bigger so I believe they produce a better spark. Anyway, changing them all out solved the problem and the engine just seems to run much better. So my advice is to get the upgraded coil packs and change them all out. Also, since the newer coil packs come with a different bolt on the larger coil pack, I had to buy new heat shields (because I stupidly bent the old ones trying to put them over the bigger coil packs) and extend the heat shield outward a bit with SS studs, SS nuts and SS lock nuts. I think all it took was about 3mm spacer to clear them.
To see the cracks you need to clean the coil tops carefully and use a lens. But why? They are cheap enough that if yours are old - just change them.
The cracks will permit the internals to rust if neglected.

Sigh, I figured someone would say something like that.

No need to change proactively. They will tell you. Replace all with first sign of misfires or cracks.
