Really easy, thanks for your help!

I want to learn how to code a new key next but I don't think the dealership will give me the learning code/ipass to my car

Your welcome !!

Yea you not be able to get the ipass/learning code from them. Those are protected very well, only the Service manager or lead tech/Gold Meister tech will have access and probably will not give them up, maybe some sort of legal issue but I never gave then up,of course I never had a customer/owner with his own PIWIS II ask for them..lol

I know this is an old thread, but does anybody know how to program/code the new PCCM + using a PIWI 2 into the system? What I am trying to accomplish is to have the navigation information from the PCCM + display in the instrument cluster. I realize that the PCCM + is pretty much plug and play out of the box and requires no coding, but in order to get the function I desire some coding needs to happen to get the data to the instrument cluster.

My current configuration is MOST base system with CDR-23, CDC, and Bose.

Thank you!

I wouldn't think it's compatible with displaying navigation in your instrument cluster like your old PCM2 - I might be wrong though.

It actually will display navigation. Folks who have replaced their PCM2 with a PCCM + retain that functionality.

Great to know 👍

So did you need to turn it on with PIWIS2 or did it just work?

I am new to the PIWIS2, so I was asking how to do it. On a PST2 it would be:

8 Programming PCM2 with PST2

8.1 Activate PCM2.
8.2 Read out PCM2 fault memory and erase.
8.3 Match the MOST required installed components list to the actual installed components list.
8.4 Code the PCM2 according to vehicle type, versions, country-specific tuner settings and MOST switch.
8.5 Check MOST components.
8.6 Activate navigation in the "instrument cluster" control module system.
8.7 After programming is finished, read out the fault memory of all systems, remedy any existing faults, and erase fault memory

I am not sure how to do it with my PIWIS2. Does the PIWIS have to call a Porsche online account? Is the command structure like the PST2?

PST2 and PIWIS2 are very similar and now PIWIS3 is similar to PIWIS2.

So you should be able to use the instructions you've posted. If you're unsure use the simulation mode to find what you're looking for.

Thanks Dan, that sounds like a good plan. Will I need a Porsche online account to do this?

No you won't need to log into the PPN network. Only some functions require a login like coding some keys or immobiliser units for newer vehicles.
