We happened to have both Ferrari and Porsche rear CCM rotors on hand, so just took a few pictures to share with you.

350x34 is for all Ferrari rear w/o drum brake until the latest F458 which has changed to 360x32 w/drum brake

350x28 is for all pccb rear w/drum brake until the latest 991 GT3 which has changed to 390x32

We don't have 993 real rotor assembled yet but was able to run the estimated weight through computer simulation:

Another reference is the the 991 GT3 pccb replacement (ST discs) that we have been shipping:

I would say 993 rear should come in around 14 lbs in comparison to Ferrari & pccb rear @13 lbs, which the disc weight saving was penalized by the heavy stainless steel hats.

From the latest CCB rotor size in various OE set up, it can be concluded that those earlier set up was in-adequate (too small in rotor and pad), so they are prone to deterioration under the "extra" heat that a CCM rotor generates.

RB-CCM brake kits are designed based on our extensive research and knowledge and use of the latest CCM rotor technology.

Another advantage of RB CCM rotor is the iron sleeve insert for rear emergency brake (not to be confused with parking brake) - An exclusive feature developed by us for all our rear two piece rotors. Light weight aluminum hat yet retain the integrity of OE braking system.

Fikse's are pretty light and with the tires sizes/available I'm using which end up being slightly narrower than the largest tires I can fit on 18's, I think I will end up ahead weight wise. Then I can see if it ultimately means anything with respect to handing and track times.
Thanks for the order and the confidence you have placed on RB, and as you are waiting for the shipment we will continue updating more information so you and other members are abreast of the development.

We are preparing the calipers (front and rear), in red, yellow, and hard anodizing finish with logo print, and should be posting them up next week in comparison with pccb and Corvette ZR1 calipers on weight.

I've received the front callipers and hardware. Hats/rotors seem to be stuck in customs. Rears haven't shipped yet.

Was going to wait til more parts arrive but thought I'd post some pics for fun.

These things are huge!

Pads look like they would be pretty easy to swap out from above - Glad as I don't think I want to have to remove the callipers each time to change pads (as in all the new cars). My home made calliper spreaders may not be big enough for these, might have to make/design a bigger set

some comparison shots with giro disc take offs, yes these are large!
But very light. will take all my own weights of everything as parts come off and on.

Rears are supposed to ship tomorrow.

Do these require any changes to the master cylinder or proportioning valve? Not sure if you are moving more fluid .... they sure look massive!!
