^^^ well they're correct. It will just keep going up I believe too.

Yes, I'm looking for some rainbow colors. But if I found a great car that's RL owned, and not my color preference I would still consider for sure.

Plus I can always get a wrap done. That would be fun and a viable option.

Well, the hunt is finished:

https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...errerid=130095

I'm excited, and feel fortunate this car came up for sale. I know the original owner of the car (for 1st 14 years), all the work that was done on it,
the mechanic who kept it finely tuned and now the current owner selling it.

VYSP, a stand up gentleman who honored his word to sell it to me as he was getting hounded by other buyers for thousands more than our agreement.
Very impressive people left in the world still.

Thank you for the advice and comments: and yes I will lower it ASAP

Might consider KW suspension for the lowering instead of the PSS10's.

Yes, Bruce had the yellow one sold already. Its a weird feeling when someone doesn't want your $130K. I guess one of his current A+ customers had dibs the entire time. I can understand that, no hard feelings against him. I really appreciate your help.

Tony congrats on your purchase!

While I won't say anything bad about PSS10's I will say I love my KW V3's.

I think for most people there is not much difference. I have run PSS-9's and KW V3', and driven a whole variety of others, and currently have V3's on the Turbo. If you follow the height instructions for the KW's, they are not as adjustable for height as the PSS10's, the sweet spot is narrower. You cannot go as low, but I like the ride height I ended up with (RS+10 approx). Then again, Bilstein did not seem to publish target spots where the shock position is optimal. I have played a bit with the settings, but you need to really challenge the car for big differences to come out. Both are very good though. I do like the welded mounts for the sway bars on the V3's, it eliminates that issue with twisting mounts...

Cheers,

Mike

^^ no way!

I'm happy on how it turned out in the end but he told me is was all but sold to one of his top customers. Guy must have backed out and now he's hitting his Rolodex again.

BTW the SY TT is marvelous but $130k it better be.
