Gotta be careful crossing tollbooths with wide bodies...

If he even got close to his asking price that would probably set some sort of record for a car with those miles!

I would speculate it was at least 10k less than the asking mentioned earlier. That amp thing is sooo ugly (not original) but wow slate grey (is that what it's called) looks sooo good. Too bad it didn't have the sport back seats and sun roof delete. My question would be is that an amp? If so, did they dig around in the doors to upgrade the speakers, radio, etc?

My experience with stereos is pretty vast. Yea I'm sure they upgraded the whole shebang. They should have hidden it. Maybe under the carpeting there it would be less of an eye sore. IMO. If you are going to do it... Do it first class. Cutting the carpet on a rare bird, would be second class

Hmmm . . . surprised the seller didn't do that themselves. No need for the buyer to know if it's a detraction.

I was talking to a dealer in AR last week and he's assembling a collection for a client... Mentioned this car but I didn't know where it was coming from until I saw this thread. Sounds like there are better candidates for a collection out there...
