this is exactly the kind of car i am looking to buy.....

Something that someone has wasted a lot of $$$ on but has all the good bits. Import here as a wreck, pull the motor - sell everything else and end up with a spare 600+hp motor.

The timing sux for me.... what a crazy drive that would be with (a) stock brakes, stock suspension and no seats/harnesses - but WOO HOO!!!

Simon.

how the hell does one cool a 880rwhp air cooled engine. I can't imagine this thing is good for much more than a few high speed blasts.

That's my car, it is stock except for a Steve Wong chip. As for the cooling I just keep the fan on all the time. Its more like 900HP, but I didn't want to brag.

Good question. He does, however, have those odd looking scoops on the rear fenders. Could there be some coolers in there?

Well, most people would disconnect the front drive shaft when putting their 4wd cars on a dyno. But who knows.

thats a pretty silly statement.

You could make that kinda statement for everything.

How small does your ***** need to be to drive a 911?
How small does your ***** need to be to drive a ferrari?
How small does your ***** need to be to have PCCBs on a street car, etc.

Some people like more acceleration than a 282bhp car can provide and there is nothing wrong with that.
