997for 40,

Where about are you in Nor Cal?

Palo Alto and weekends Elk Grove
Thanks for the info.

I am in Los Altos, and have a 200-acre project in Elk Grove (right next to the Elk Grove Promenade Mall). If you want to see what a BTR is about, we can get together and try out mine as a gauge. I can probably answer some questions you may have as well.

Just let me know.

Car was completely rebuilt.
Ruf brakes added.
Ruf steering wheel.
New carbon fiber dash.
New door liners.

I am sure I am forgetting something.

Hey CP,

Thanks for the invite. I really appreciate it. I would like to see your BTR in person and show you my DD 3.2 M491. I will let you know for sure. What's best for you, weekdays or weekends?

I'm still on the fence with the BTR. I have a low mileage '06 997 C2 collecting dust in the garage that I'm contemplating going the RUF cosmetic and supercharger conversion route. It's a tough decision.

Is the Promenade ever going to open. It should have been open by now, right? Bad timing I guess with the economy in the tank.

997for40,

General Growth is close to, or already in, chapter 11, so the Promenade probably is very iffy right now. But there's a LONG story behind all that. When we meet someday, I'll share what I know. I guess Sacramento area shoppers just have to stick with Arden Fair for a while longer.

You have PM from me.
