I really wished these were available as my tubes were a big mangled.
However, after buying a new set of orange topped tubes, I found that they fit very securely, especially with the t-bar clamps. I'm now on the fence on whether its worth it to upgrade.

OK do not the the jigs anymore, but will make a better jig and get them going. There were a couple changes I wanted to make anyway to make them better. If anyone has a set of old tubes they want to donate or lend out, it will help us get going right now and we could have these before Christmas..
any updates?

If you use Breeze Constant Torque clamps, your rubber hoses won't pop off any more. They run about $3 apiece.
What would be the advantage of hard pipes then?

What is your criteria for better?
Hence my original question, what are the advantages of hard pipes?
"Because they look bitchin" is a completely valid reason in my book, but I have issues.
