Default Turbokraft, thumbs up or thumbs down?

Can anyone provide feedback on Turbokraft in Arizona? Has anyone with a 993tt ever used them for a 3.8L twin plug conversion? They seem to do very interesting, precise and thorough work. Thanks.

Chris Carroll is a great guy but I can't comment on their work as I haven't had any work done by them.

Everything Chris says makes sense. I'm too comfortable w/ protomotive and umw to make a switch though.

Agreed. The dealings I had with him were very positive and most helpful.

I have never had work done by Chris but I have had the pleasure of being in his shop on a couple of occasions. I have a '91 964 turbo that is a CIS car with the typical mods: cams, turbo, exhaust etc. I met with Chris on several occasions to discuss his doing a EFI conversion on my car. After having done quite a bit of research myself, I was very impressed with Chris' advice which I found to be solid and priced well. He talked about pros and cons of the conversion. I ultimately decided to keep my car as is and focus my continuing mod disease on my 996 turbo. But, let me assure you, if I decided to do an EFI project with my '91, Chris would be VERY high on my list. Plus, he is just a super nice guy.

I have his 3.8 TS Garrett version - very powerful and robust engine.
Very nice guy and friendly.
Best afterward support ever known.
He also knows many good sources like Bob (Mode) etc.. and they do co-operative work
