Shoot! And to me the silver turbo and black R is the best visual upgrade!! Funny how different looks work for different folks! I was thinking about changing the turbo script to Black, but really liked how the R stood out. Sets the car a part and you definately notice it more.

Thanks for the opinion though!

I don't believe there's a standard with any of this Ruf stuff, and that's one thing that makes Rufs Rufs. Check out LeonS's car, for example: rather rare shaved gutters, and a one-off spoiler with one-off graphics. I'd stick with whatever gets you through the night. And I think what you've got looks stunning. I could almost imagine a silver "turbo" with a guards red "R" on a black car. Would work for me ... maybe.

Actually, Ruf does have standard colors: silver, or black, for their insignias. Silver for dark-colored cars, and black for light-colored ones.

Except in my case, Alois did a one-off gold package for my PO (I have metallic black paint). Kevin, you can see that in person on Saturday.

Silver "turbo" with a red "R" on a black car... now you're talking!!! That'd look hot.

You'll love it. And after all, it's only paint, which makes it dating ... not marriage.

pmf,

Major congratulations. Beautiful project.

Can you give us a little more detail, such a location, who did the work, etc. so Steve can add you to the registry? Interesting you did not opt for the signature Ruf Turbo R bumpers.

Thanks.

No, but you'll notice he did go for the shaved rain gutters and the mirrors. Way cool!

Alois did just the opposite on my car. Black emblem front & rear. : )

Roland,

Where is the car in your picture?

She is beautiful. In more ways than one. Thanks for sharing.

Default She is beautiful CP

Also a great navigator.

The picture was taken north of ELko Nevada at a place called Wild Horse. That point is about two miles past the north finish line.

Follow the trail to more pictures of the ELko Nevada open road race.

Cheers
