My car came w/out a boost gauge. I have purchased a gauge w/ tubing but have no idea where to "hook in" so I can monitor my boost.
Also, where is a good place to mount the boost gauge.....I'm waiting for their clock delete w/ engine warning lights gauge, so the clock space is not an option.
What is the boost range in PSI my car should be running?
Thanks,

Hi Tim. There is a spot for check vacuum coming off the throttle body on one of the black vacuum lines (on the left wide. easy to see with intercooler off). It is a T fitting that has a rubber cap on it. What type of ECU are you running? If stock, then you would be at around .8 BAR or approx 12 PSI. If modified then would more than likely be in the 16-18 lb range. Also include a little overhead for seeing spikes and I never like a gauge that is maxed out. For my car, I ran 1.3 BAR and had a 2 Bar gauge. This was went where the clock did in the dash. All you need to do is connect the clock inside the dash and then all of your lights will be OK.

You can snake the tubing down through the dash and under the console to the rubber plug at the back where you access the two top bolts to remove the torque tube. Then run the tube through this plug into the tunnel area. From there it is a simple shot over to the engine and up into the engine compartment.

Make sure that you disconnect the battery, prior to removing the clock... Get all wiring done and like Rassel said, plug the connector back into the clock, wrap and tape... Then recoonect the battery.

I routed the vacuum hose from under the center console, (ashtray) then between the 2 front seats under the carpet, then through the hole that you can find under the rear seats, all the way through to the engine.

Sorry to those that are on the other thread I bumped.
What about wiring for the illumination? I see posts for connecting to a vacuum source but nada on how to get it to light up with the dash instruments.
Thanks.
