C4S Conversion
Can I play here if I have a MONGREL ? I am converting my C4S to a twin turbo. I know its a fake but it looks like this.
If not, I understand. If it helps, I typically work on it myself.

As far as I am concerned, you can play here if you give us details, like who is doing the conversion and what mods you are doing along the way. You would be expected to follow up with pictures of the process. I'd also like to know how you get your car so shiny. Looks Great!

Ahh, just kidding. Glad to have you. As others have eluded to, pictures will always win the hearts in this forum. Btw, your paint looks damn good.

Thanks all:
Greg H., the conversion will be performed by Prototech, Specfically a stage 1 system to start. the only addition is a lightweight flywheel package. The cars shine is compliments of good old fashioned elbow grease and Zymoil Carbon. I am afraid of buffing machines.
I just finished installing a set of PSS9's and RS sway bars with the strut brace (purchased from Rennsport). By the way the front sway bar was a pain in the butt and only produced a small amount of my blood. Last weekend I installed a carbonfiber shifter and E-brake handle (Carnwell's). I bought the Fikse's and Michelins last year and had the windows tinted. I think that covers it.

As far as resale value/total cost. I am a little different. I like to mess with things. I have done this type of thing for ever. I like to have a sense of personal adaptation and actually seem to enjoy a hybrid more than a pure original. I could have purchased an aftermarket TT wing, But I liked the origanal Porsche piece (muuuuch more expensive but it was what I wanted). It keeps me away from a shrinks office, stops me from drinking more than I already do and
Plus, hell.....it's mine...
