My new ride
Traded my 1997 Arctic Silver Turbo for a Turbo S. I have always lusted after one of these cars and finally did it. You can't rationalize the difference in cost between the Turbo and Turbo S. Many of you have Turbos that I'm sure will out perform this car, however, when you look at the craftsmanship of the interior of these cars, they are a work of art. It's like Porsche wanted to make a statement with the last of the air cooled turbos. Options are Speed Yellow, Black supple interior, lumbar support left, CD Changer, yellow seat belts, complete carbon fiber including the console tray and console switches. I added the 996 3 spoke carbon fiber steering wheel to match. 5800 one owner miles with fresh 15k service. Just added the clear bra which you can probably see in the photo. Car came with all paperwork including original window sticker, all receipts for service, talked to the dealer who sold and serviced the car the entire time for the original owner, no stories. Just missing the radio code card. I love this car!

The car is awesome!
The only thing it needs aesthetically is to be lowered. If you're fanatical about OEM parts, get the factory Euro M030 to lower it.
Keep the pics coming!

dysert,
Congratulations. Absolutely awesome car. The 993TTs has tugged at my heart many times. SY is the perfect color for the S as it comes with the signature yellow calipers. Wish the calipers showed more in your pics.
I'm usually not a big fan of the CF look, but the 993TTs' interior is so tasefully done with CF EVERYWHERE it is a work of art. You are very lucky to find this gem. Possible to tell us about the hunt? How long did it take, where did you find this car, and may be......how much?
I'm with you in this regard. If I has a 993tt (which is an INCREDIBLE car by any measures), I'd still itch for the TTs. Good thing I started with my RUF, or this will be a very painful thread for me to peruse.

Mooty, car is from RPM
I have been looking for a Speed Yellow S for quite a while. I did talk to the guys at Truspeed about their car but was not interested in sport seats. Anyway, RPM is a quick flight on Southwest from Dallas for me and I could see the car easily before purchase.
