On an equivalent basis, yours is a $150k-$160k car.

honestly, you might bring more than $139k if you opted for BaT. that car would get tons of attention and the 993WB hype on BaT is at a high point right now.

The black/red was definitely a special spec with the interior color, carbon, full leather, hardbacks and RSD. The photography was incredible as well.
It also seems that the NA WB 993 values are up quite a lot vs the turbos.

I think part of that is because 15 years ago a 911 with over 400hp was a big deal as was turbocharging. Now every Carrera off the shelf has that much power and can easily be tuned to have more. If you want a non-turbo 993 you've already accepted that most modern cars today are faster and you're not in it for the 0-60 times. You want the experience and in that regard a n/a 993 can give you some of the same analog experience as a 993TT with a couple hundred fewer pounds.

Seems reasonable.... $10k chicken on the bone profit potential.

I have a video if anyone is interested. It's not in a garage like that now. I think that was his track garage.

My 993 turbo conversion is pushing 600hp. It’s kinda too much! I go out for drives and can’t ever really use the power. When I can it’s really to much for the chassis. Even with all the suspension goodies it’s a handful! Very exciting but not very useful.
I got exposed to the concept of momentum cars on track with a spec Miata. There’s something really exciting about timing passes or late braking someone that a big power car could never duplicate.
Lately I’ve been making runs to the Mendocino Coast in my Mazda6. It’s on one of the best roads imaginable (think sears points with beautiful scenery). I get held up by slower traffic all the time because of the twisties. I still manage to get by pretty much anything with my lowly 180hp. Takes planning and good race craft to make it happen. I imagine a 250hp 993 would be just as exciting.
Someday I’ll be forced to return my car to stock for resale reasons. I look forward to that day just because of where my heads at lately. I bet it will still be a hoot.
