Thanks for your interest, not long to wait now.

We should be good to take orders in a week or so, after the first shell covers have been patterned up, made and fitted. Once this is done I will post the photos of the finished seat with prices with options on trim and seat finish, i.e. raw carbon as photo or fully lacquered and polished, and then start taking orders.

(Can't you tell I'm an engineer - I can only sell what I know we can make!)

Are you saying these are FIA certified seats, and only weigh 4.5 kg with the panels? That's hard to believe.

My guess is this is the weight of the carbon shell only.

Hard backs do very little for driver support. I never understood the strong desire for them.

This is the style of seat you want for sprited driving. You will not be disappointed! Just a few works of caution. One be sure they fit your body type. If I recall the recaro versions were narrow in shoulder and waist. Two they do take some new techniques for entry and exit. Initially they were a PITA , now it's a non issue.
