Default Recommended 100k mile service

So my Tip C2S passed the 100k mile mark recently.

Is there any special service that should be done?

I have already changed the plug wires.

Thanks

Hard to say without knowing what has already done but I would:
all belts
diff fluid change
SAI valve
valve cover gaskets
brake flush
check all exhaust clamps & fasteners, they could be pretty bad by now.
cheers

Make sure that you check for rust around the windshield and back window

Other that an oil change and rotors and caps at this point in the cars life most items are IF items, as in IF your CV joint boots are torn. Mostly inspection. Here is my compiled list of items that may be helpful in developing an inspection list.

100K?!!? Send it to the wrecker, she needs a $15K rebuild! The suspension needs to be all redone with racing stuffs for another $10K! And it probably needs an aero kit, RUF wheels and a repaint so figure in another $45K worth of Porsche only parts! And you better get a Porsche only mechanic named Hans from Germany to do all that work, otherwise... dun dun dun...

/sorry a bit over the top for 8AM

A Posting only a Porsche servicing business would love. Let the 100K pass quietly and see what happens!

Yes! Great suggestion. I know this is an obvious one, but check the brake lines.

This is what was done to my car around 100k:
- Idle Stabilizer Valve replaced
- VRam system checked, various parts replaced
- O2 sensors replaced
- Plugs and plug wires replaced
- Fuel injectors cleaned
- Valve lifters replaced
- Gear and diff oil change
- Engine mounts replaced
- Fan hub and alternator pulley replaced
- SAI check valve replaced
- Front rotors, pads and flexible brake lines replaced
- Brakes and clutch flushed and bled
- Front control arm bushings and tie rods replaced

Extensive list, but all worth checking and doing at that mileage.

What is the best mileage interval for replacing the SAI check valve once it's been changed?

I think every 60k miles is reasonable.

Every 15k.

These stop check valves go bad early depending upon past over filling of engine oil or valve guide wear.

Mines overdue then - I'll check it! I know oil hasn't been overfilled, so it'll be interesting to see how it looks.
