What did you do with your 993 today

I made a YouTube video about my new-to-me ‘95 Polar Silver 993 Carrera Coupe!
Yes, my channel is designed specifically to revolve around Vintage BMW’s but who cares...this car is simply amazing.

Two items, The power supply to your radio may be the cause of the hum you hear. A filter may be a simple solution. This is basically a capacitor. Check with a reputable audio shop for noise suppression on inlet power.
While your bumper is off make sure you don’t need a new ballast resistor. Symptom is a surging AC fan. Bumper off is the time to do it. If it’s never been replaced, I might consider doing it as a preventative.

With no end in sight for the FL rain, performed a full wash, clay, polish, and wax/seal in the garage. The black really pops!

UPDATE on the buzzing in the stereo: had the head unit replaced and that took care it it. There is still distortion at higher volume levels and they are telling me the amp is very likely fried so I am planning on replacing that.
I couldn’t leave it with them long enough to handle the head unit plus the amp because - and I am SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!! - I am taking off in the 993 today for the Tail of the Dragon in western NC.
Will be doing a video about that, by the way.
The stereo is now temporarily tolerable at moderate volume levels but will definitely need to get the amp replaced if I want to enjoy it at higher levels.

We always need pictures!
Other recent updates include the clear euro corners, the front bumperette delete plugs and turbo ducts with LEDs.
I also detailed the car with Mequiars #7 which is a must for any single stage paint. It changes the entire exterior of the car. I don't particularly like guards red (you don't always get to pick your color!), but when it's been cared for properly it really pops.
I ditched the turbo tail. I think I prefer the understated touring look better.
