Gentlemen, today you should receive an email with exact description of the work and final price estimate. Please confirm both and we are onto the next step.

Chao, Chris, you guys are fast
Sid, your stuff is separated out, so no worries.

Money was transferred to Carsdream today, so were all on the hook now

Will keep everyone posted on work progress as I get info from them.

Yes - I'm having my plastic cover recovered in leather. Very reasonable price at Carsdream. But you can only send the cover, not the whole airbag unit.

Guys, you realize that you are talking to a troll, right? They just copy a previous question or statement in the thread and add their links to it. 4 post count is a dead giveaway.

Quick update guys. Possible completion middle of next week, according to Carsdream.

Not at this time. I was promised that most wheels are done except a certain flat top wheel that required more work. Once that one's done that should ship. Waiting for update, of course they have holidays there...

Jeezzz,
That's annoying... Hmm, I wonder whose wheel that is.
I suppose I owe the group an apology
Thanks for the update my friend.

Got an email from them today with a promise of pics of completed work. They are still fighting with flat-top wheel, so that is not completed. As soon as I have pics I'll send them over to everyone to drool until boxes are here.

If anybody is interested in an extra wheel (maybe core exchange) I have a 3 spoke "tiptronic" 996 carbon fiber wheel with cracks in the clear coat. I just purchased it on ebay and only needed the paddle shifters/harness. There is no air bag. I think $50.00 plus shipping is fair. Send me a PM if interested and will answer in order I received. I have copied/ pasted the ebay post below, should have the wheel by early next week. Mike

If the flat top steering wheel is slowing the group down I wouldn't mind shipping it separately. They can ship it all out and ship out my flat top afterwards.
