Default Goodbye 993

I bought it new in 98.. It was that car I thought I was going to be buried in. 17 years old and it looked and ran like it did on day one. I just took my last drive in it and am kind of sad to see it go.

However, I love my new LP640!

Yes, that and I have a Gallardo I also traded plus some $.
This is an 08' loaded with CF, CCB's Glass engine cover and egear. It has 7400 miles on it, One owner.

If anyone reading this is looking for a seriously clean 98 arctic silver cabrio, with 44k miles on it..St Louis Motor car is who has it now.

Nice car but definitely way more specialized - not a daily driver type of car!

Be interesting to see in a bit of time if you have any regrets and your observations looking back. Definitely your new baby would be a much faster animal than what you had!

Cheers,

Mike

I know the feeling, sold a 944 that had been with me for 12 years last week, immediately regretted it and thought I made the wrong decision, but now that I'm in a newer (better) Porsche, I hardly think about it anymore. Enjoy the Lambo!!

I'm SURE i'll have a few regrets. The 993 has been a fantastic car. I had an Arena Red 96' Turbo that I sold a while after I bought my first Lambo. And seeing what's happened to prices on Turbo's I really regret it!

The LP won't be a daily, but I have about a 20 mile all country road drive to work. It will make that drive from time to time.

Wow that's sweet...I'd be curious on the VIN and build date on your 993, it's probably not far from mine in production order since I have a '98 cab too...

This is the last picture I took of my 993. I didn't take any of it being loaded and hauled away.

Very interesting! I want an early Countach but I think I've missed the boat. Good luck with your new Bat...

Our sales director borrowed my nice camera until Friday, so for now I have to use the pics that STL took.

Hey Seljan!!!

A long long time. Didn't you bring the cab to Elkhart one of the zero years.

Nice replacement for sure. Enjoy

This is one of my fave shots. The first owner had the tail lights tinted.
