Hela light kits include case, three gaskets, wire harness and 16 LED bulb
Run the female ends of the harness through two holes from the back and connect to outside leads.
Pry female ends open a bit with screwdriver, and secure over outside leads
Electrical tape to seal gaskets
Take a dry run installing the lamps before painting. If you slide one end under one of the two prongs and line everything up correctly, the other end will snap in with a little force.

Scoops with four coats of paint (no clear yet)
Scoops done and ready to install. Time for a beer!
8 mm extended ratchet to remove the bumperettes.
Remove bumperette covers and remove the two screws to remove
Unscrew the phillips head screw holding in the fog light and remove the assembly
Fog light assembly comes out with a little pull
Turbo scoops fit in perfectly. Secure light harness to wire for daytime running lights and cover securely with electrical tape.
Before on the left, after on the right. Better looking, brighter, and lighter!
The look great, throw more light, save a few pounds off the fog lights, and really help cool the oil. I would rate this a 2 on a 1 to 10 DIY scale of difficulty. It would have been a one if they came with directions.
Helmet 993 used BVW 2039 from Duplicor to match his arctic silver. I went with this product from Touch Up Direct. Comes with the paint, primer and clear coat. http://touchupdirect.com/product/683-aero-73518/ Take your time painting several thin coats (thanks for the warning SoundBehindYou) to avoid any runs.
The Hela Bulbs fit snugly into the turbo scoops. No fitting or cutting is necessary, just a little finesse.
When you remove the fog light, the driving light in back simply unscrews with a twist. Press the two clips and pull the bulb out. Insert the male ends of the wiring harness into the two female opening, and tape up. The fog light has two clips you need to pry to remove. Seal off the fog light connection with electrical tape.

Thanks for the nod. Tore lights coming soon, and three spoke steering wheel and Fister III's going on Tuesday. I can't wait 'till Tuesday, and will keep you posted.
I bought a used 3 spoke with vinyl airbag off EBay. I shipped the airbag to Dallas Custom Steering Wheel and had them put a leather cover on it. Very happy with the work they did, and a lot cheaper than paying $1,200 for the leather airbag!

I got the same ones I think! I had a little difficulty spray painting it right ( well, three brand couldn't get the color match right for just black.... sigh* ) , and the curves make it hard for sure. If I have time some day, I'm going to repaint them.
I didn't like the Hella lense pattern too much so I drilled it out and installed 2" cabochons to make it look like some of the turbo s fogs I've seen our fellow rlisters have. ( from here http://www.tapplastics.com/product/p..._cabochons/139 )
bumperette delete next?

Great step by step, thanks. I had my paint shop paint and install my Tore LED scoops while it was in getting the front painted, however, they gave up as my harness has daytime running lights and fogs and well, they gave up. Also said they had trouble getting lights to fit correctly, but anyways, I'll just have to figure it out. Question though, I'm going to hook up the fogs to be my daytime running lights, anyone do this already or have an opinion?
I forget exactly what I did ( now being OLD and not so mechanically inclined), but I think I disconnected the fog lights as they work off the switch in console, and connected the lead to the running light...
(yes it is not easy to fit the bulbs in correctly, but easily done with an extra 5-10 minutes)
