(yes, my car is nearly entirely classic grey on the inside)
The C2S interior is different from the C2.

I haven't figured out how to curt and paste prior questions - sorry. Also in response to Jlaa's query on the two-tone door, I am told by my local 993 expert that the center strip that is "stippled" is always that color. A black interior will more or less match the stippled leather, but if you have a grey interior it contrasts to the stippled black portions. Hope this helps clarify!

I'll do my best to make it to C&C on 10/18.

So a group of 4 993 owners met in Carlisle, Ma. this morning. Great conversation about our love for Porsche's and in particular the 993's. Exchanged idea's, contacts, accessories etc. Here is a photo

What's incredible to me is the unmistakable zeal so many have for 993s. Don't lose that enthusiasm, that's what makes this place great

Case in point of the power of 'new guy' excitement: amazing job sharing your pics & details to help others on page 1. Wonderful write-up of your DIY

If mine helps anyone else, more info by clicking hyperlinks for my DIY details on the "Rennlist/ PCA member's 993 SPEEDSTER" thread:
-2009's page five and page six
-March 2011's page 30, a summary for TommyG when he asked how to mod.

Good to see what MagDaddy, JPP, etc., have since done with Mike J's idea.
The following's from Mike J's "Sold the Targa" thread:

Looking to do the same. Thanks

My state requires a front plate, so I've studied Mike J's. Instead of cutting edges, I folded, then covered with clearbra. [Caveat: possible that bottom should ideally be >12 inches above ground, & face shouldn't be angled. ...Add that to your endless mod list.]

Regarding air flow, no negative aspect, IMHO. IIRC, neither oil cooler nor A/C compressor are impacted in the center.
Thanks for an attractive option, Mike!

Shouldn't cause any issues - just attach to the lower grill.
