Those seats look like they have seen 890k miles not 89k.

There was a 96 targa, 78kms, manual, silver on cashmere? with sport seats in Vancouver for $38k.

It was posted on craiglist on July 26/14. I was going to link it here but it sold in within 24hrs.

A 1997 would already have the steering rack brace. It was 1995 that had the issue.

I ran 19" RUFs for years on my Targa - no issues at all. The current owner also is running 19" wheels .... remember a Targa is not as stiff as a coupe, but stiffer than a Cab, so its fine. I even tracked it with the RUFs ...

Yes Mike, I remember you showing me the pics of your car with RUF's. But do you know why Porsche felt the larger rims were not suitable for the targas, but okay for the coupes and cabriolets? They explicitly stated that in the TSB for retrofitting 18" rims, which I pulled to verify from your website.
