I don't recall the customer service rep's name. It was a female working Monday afternoon.

The rears are as fresh as any of our warehouses have at Dec. 2012. We do have fresher (Oct. 2013) stock on the front tires, and we will replace them if you contact us. I have set up the reship on the newer tires and we will help you get them switched. Please contact our customer service dept. at your first convenience and they will get you set up. Again sorry you were not happy with them.

Tire Rack just sent me a pile of fail today. Brand new BBS wheels with a gash, chips, and some black like tar around the rear lips of each wheel. Waiting for a resolution.....
