Wish BBS would make more offsets. Like the original 993 cup car sizes listed below. I'm running spacers on my set now to achieve the same result, but not a huge fan of spacers.
The added lip on the rear would look nice. BBS have any plans on adding more offsets? The 18X10 ET 50 is a bit aggressive for me.

18X8.5 ET 53
18X10 ET 60

LM wheels are 2pc. Your desired spec would not net a bigger lip but actually a taller back pad (same as adding a spacer) as they would use the same 2pc barrel and the flange wouldn't change.

Interesting, at what point would they use a different barrel? Is this why they went with ET50?

They went w the 18 x 10 et50 which has a different barrel to fit different vehicles that require a lower offset.

Thought you might find this interesting! Here are the lip sizes on the pertaining wheel sets in 18"18 x 8.5 et56 = 28mm

18 x 10 et50 = 43mm

18 x 10 et65 = 28mm

18 x 11 et56 = 55mm

appreciate the info. I went with a Tramont Cup 2s instead. Had LMs on a 997 WB and loved them but for the 993 I feel the Tramonts look better. They also provide bigger lips when comparing the same sizes and offsets. But I realize wheels are subjective.

I was considering these exact wheels prior to making a decision as well as Rotiform TMBs because of the turbo twist throwback they offer. But it came down to cost difference.. it is just way too much unfortunately. I did reach out to you guys and received a quote. I realize there are factors that go into wheel manufacturing that drive the prices of wheels but when we’re talking at almost twice the cost it’s a moot point for me.

Ofcourse price is a big variant. We 100% know thatt we don't offer a low priced forged 3pc wheel and that its not priced to sell to the masses. Interesting fact 18, 19, 20 are all the same cost and sell price. Even 21” is only 100/wheel more. We could make them w a flat forging and cut cost dramatically but you would lose all the curves and dimension we get from starting w a thicker concave based forging.

Regardless, thank you for considering!
