Default Wheel stud size.

I can't seem to find the specs for front wheel studs. I cross threaded one using my impact wrench by being sloppy...
Can I just pick one up from auto zone?

When I changed all mine out on my car to allow 7 mm spacers, I found the fronts were 52 mm and the rears were 45 mm.

Do the front & rear hubs need to be removed?

Not meaning to derail this thread for Falcondriver, but the hubs did not have to be removed so long as you are only going one size up on the studs. There is enough room to get the slightly longer ones in in the back and for fronts there is even more room. If you are just replacing with same size, same answer. Plenty of room to do it.

It's all relevant, good info. I've not ever changed one.
