WHOOOOAAA!!! This is the ultimate build. Awesome Motec gear. Those new harnesses are a sight to see. Where did you have them made?

Holy crap!!! That is a whole bunch of Motec hardware..... Love the Shock potentiometers, you will need a race engineer to analyze all the data! Unless you can do it yourself of course

Motec wiring harness and hardware were supplied by JGM. Yes, there will be a data engineer present most weekends

Tub is back from blasting. Prep/paint next...

It looks like the first outing for the car after its finished will be PCA Watkins Glen at the end of May. We'll use this as a shake down and it will be a good point of reference because I was there last year for this event a week after I bought the car.

That is looking awesome.. What are you using as a firewall? I see there are areas built in for them to attach to.

The firewalls on the KMR-RSR's were carbon fiber panels, with gold shielding.

Yes, the firewalls are carbon and the rear has gold shielding.

It's so good to see things starting to go on the car now (and not coming off anymore). Epoxy first...

Most of the carbon parts from Crawford are in but we are still waiting on the fuel cell, tail base and front bumper. Here is a mock of the new wing assembly on the old tail base.

Kelly Moss is a proper shop. I can still remember the first time walking into the place and taking a look at THE back shelf. 993 Turbo S, 930 Slants, Lizards, etc. have all graced that place. Too bad I missed seeing this bugger there.

Overall a great place to have work done on a 993. They did an awesome job helping me get get prepped for RA.

How do we get the metal under-trays in CF, please? Surely Crawford could pop out a few extras...

A lot of the carbon parts will be made available for sale once 001 is finished.

Mock up of bodywork is being done now. Front bumper and splitter will now go off to Crawford to have the final parts made.
