Great setup. It is clear you have spent tons of time just figuring out what you are going to do.
What are the two large pieces below the sway bars with the green bags between them?

I think you are asking about RS front uprights, aka wheel carriers. They move the wheels bearings/hubs higher so the lower control arm angle is maintained when the vehicle is at the RS ride height or lower. You need new toe rods also to work with those. There are comparison pictures here as well as on Jackal's blog.

Picture back up! This set up is pretty close to what Jackal and Bill have tried and recommended over the years. It's so awesome for them to share their experience! Currently trying to sort out the PSS10 + Rennline strut mount setup with Rennline. Will post that later, since there hasn't been a write up on exactly how that works yet.

Since they are sitting on bubble wrap on the garage floor, I'm gonna wager its just a tad to early to tell

However, in the not to distant future, someone is gonna be as busy as a beaver. Have fun with the install and set-up! You're gonna be one happy man!

My plan is to staying with the standard brakes and get the new 17" Fuchs wheels to keep the corners as light as possible.
You left out the garage address and what hours you will not be home

Keep those goodies under lock and key and out of sight until installed! Worth their weight in unobtainium.

I have H&R and Bilstein HD at RS ride height at the moment from the PO. The ride I'm okay with, but the handling is compromised, I think mainly due to 16 year old bushings.

Once removed, the H&R and HD will be up for sale here. I think most people here thinks that H&R + HD is not good for RS ride height. But if someone wants to do between RS+10 and ROW, they will be a good option.

Wow, deep pockets!

Be interesting to see what you think of the finished product, but with so many factors changing, its going to be hard to figure out what impacted the handling the most.

Cheers,

Mike

More of a cliff.

My fiancee and I are moving next year and our goal is to be living in a 500 sqft space. We are selling house, furniture, lawn equipment, books, CD's, computers, toys, collectables, motorcycles, you name it. So some of that "income" went into the 993 I do have a hard deadline for finishing the job, which is before the house gets listed in June. Wish me luck.
