How "anal" are you with respect to keeping the 993 clean?

I'm in the weirdo club. Lets just say that I have to look at pictures to see what they look like dirty (these are by nature "dirty pictures").
I took the 97 out for the 1st time this year today and spent 3 hours cleaning when I got home. I need help.

Drifting
Mines never dirty. Never driven in bad weather unless I get caught in rain. I used to wash it about once a week (mainly for the fun of it). After seeing swirl marks, changed to once every three weeks. I use a California duster to keep the dust down. Inside is always spotless.

I generally believe that the less times I touch the car with water the better so I have probably only washed the car with water and a bucket once or twice ever. I only drive it when the weather is nice, kept inside with a cover, and always wiped down after each use with a quick detailer. I use LOTS of quick detailer. If you never let it get really dirty it's a breeze to keep clean. Takes less than five minutes to wipe down after a use. !
One question though. I try like h**l to keep water off the lower rear window for fear of rust developing under the seal so I rarely "wash" the top of the car and use detailer and wax to keep clean. How do you guys deal with that bad seal on the rear window?

My car always is well waxed. I wash as little as possible but when I do the wax allows me to be very very gentle so I save the paint quality.
Like Dan said I also want to avoid rust in the rear window so I always pull the bottom corners off and blow out all the water that might collect there.
My car almost always looks clean and detailed but I will drive it hard and dirty when the mood strikes.

Can you explain what you find enjoyable about it?
another thing that needs some explanation. 15 hours of work to park on someone's lawn, just to lose points for having a spec of dust in an air vent and "excess grease" on a hinge. Seeing people spend so much time cleaning a piece of metal only to be disappointed when they get a 91 or whatever seems like a silly exercise to me.

Three Wheelin'
As my DD and kid hauler, it is DIRTY. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Snack crumbs inside. Road grime and bird **** on the outside. Curb rash on the wheels. And it likes it that way!

I wash it maybe once a month. In summer, I usually will use detail spray about once a week. Wax it about two times a year. Just bought a da polisher and will be giving her a god paint correction this spring. I have practiced on our other cars so looking forward to it. Inside generally stays clean, but vacuum when I wash. This is my dd though I work from home office.
