I'd want to see a lot more pics in daylight. The asking price seems high for what looks to be a write off.

On a more serious note, if it's just a front/side impact and engine/tranny are in decent shape you can part it out for at least $15K.

I was thinking just the opposite. I'd imagine if the motor and trans were okay, you'd be in the black pretty quickly. Not to mention all the interior bits.

Well it'll have a salvage title and that'll impact value. Current mileage? Who knows?. If low enough then maybe you'd be in the black. If there is subframe damage you'd be looking at some big rebuild costs and that A pillar took a bit of a beating.

I agree. If you were going to try to fix it, it's questionable. I was thinking of parts value.

Sure, if engine/transmission are good then that would be worthwhile option to the right buyer.

Assuming your time is worth $X/hr, how much money will it cost you from start to finish to buy, transport, store, disassemble, photograph, advertise, answer emails/phone calls, pack, ship, and then dispose of what's left? Parting out a car is a big, time-consuming job. One of the reasons why wrecks are so cheap.
