ANd for all his efforts and quality work, Porsche legal busted his butt for selling silver crests.
Ralph handmade jewelers-quality works of art, IMHO.

That's a calamity of Porsche PR I'll never understand; that one of their most ardent proponents was quashed, to now see his work imitated & sold by Porsche, AFAIK.

Another great friend & RLer has a very personal / family connection with Ralph. Years ago, this RLer bought dozens of Ralph's silver crests from what, IIRC, was Ralph's last batch. The RLer then parceled them out to other Porschephiles for years.
Recently my friend purchased a very pristine, amazing, & unique 964 Speedster. Fittingly, he put the last of Ralph's hood crests on it.

I hope Ralph's health is holding up. I wanted to think he made those centers just for you; it would be glad to know he's still producing a few 'special editions' for folks like you. However, sounds like you had to find some elsewhere.

Speaking of works of art: we need more pics of your WB RUF cab
Close-ups of your black wheels with Boothe Design centers is a perfect place to start!

In the meantime -- in honor of Ralph's passion & all he's done for so many other enthusiasts...

I just replied to your PM...never mind about the request for the additional pic...this one is fine!

I also replied with regards to your generous offer...thanks! Please let me know!

Such a sweet car you have! I'm jealous (in a good way!)

Sid,

Thanks to you, the car now looks as it should have all along - stunning! Congrats!

It was a very exciting 993 to stumble across & I'm glad it found a great home (owner + location).

Enjoy in good health & I'll look forward to further correspondence.

Oh my, YOUR CAR IS AWESOME!! The Kinesis K27 looked a bit strange to me for a while, but I've fallen in love with them as of late. They have a meaty, period-correct look.
