Amazing what WONDERFUL Doctors can do now days with some expanded skin and two bags filled with water. Those aren't mine, they are fake... Actually, I guess I can call them mine now, just not OEM.
I have a few pounds to lose on my middle, that's what stopping all estrogen will do to a gal. I really don't care. Right now is my time to not worry about weight for a while and just enjoy. Besides when I told the Surgeon I wanted to lose the 7 pounds I gained post surgery he just about screamed NOOOOOOO! It even startled Robert. Doc doesn't want me to lose an ounce. What? Will they sag or something??
The mate in the picture is Colin. He was visiting us from the UK. HE was our truck driver back in the good ol' Reiser Callas days.

I just got home after a theraputic massage. It was wonderful. They have this special pillow for me to lay on my belly. I want to get one for home! ANYWAY, I'm really out of it so if you don't mind, I think I'm going to hit the sheets early tonight.
I think I'm pushing it a little. I do need a vacation.


You guys are the best. I've got a long way to go to my goal, but I have some time so tonight, I rest.

Thanks Chuck. I just want people to see you can look okay after a double mastectomy and reconstruction. It is much better than I imagined it would look like. Honestly, I thought it was going to be two mounds of plastic bags and water, but other than the scars (and they are fading pretty fast) I'm amazed that look real (with a couple of wrinkles lol). My hope is that if someone sees my picture and then has to go through what I've been through, they will know that you can look fine and feel good about themselves. It's amazing what they can do now days.

I received three more donations last night and early this morning. I think two of them were through the 993 forum so I wanted to say THANK YOU again.

I am now 35% of the way to my goal. 43+ women can get mammograms now thanks to those SGK grants. 5 of those women have a good chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer. Just think of it... you just helped save those 5 women's lives.
