Default T - Lock's Installed !!!!!!!

I installed my Tore Bergvill T-Locks today. Incredibly easy installation. Step by step DIY directions were spot on for the entire process. Everything went together as advertised and worked right away! Wire splices were easy, module placement was a snap, remotes worked on cue!!!! Great product for those who are suffering with something inferior, great product for the money!

I have not installed mine yet and had a quick question...is the control unit located in the same place for RHD and LHD cars? TIA

I checked the website but can you clarify what the remote key locks do that are different/better than the stock remote? Thanks!

The T-lock system is made for cars without factory installed Porsche Drive Block System (immobilizer) with remote control. The T-Lock remotes are not compatible with Porsche's system, and thus cannot be used as spares for that either. Porsche Drive Block immobilizer seem to be a more common option on US cars than european ones.
Cheers,
Tore

Hi Tore;

Is it possible to use OEM 993 key remotes with the T-Lock system?
