The washer type of piece is only swaged onto the pivot sleeve. You can install it back together to peen it back together. There have been a few instances of this happening upon removal from the rubber bushing.
Just ensure the tophats are hot enough such that they slide out without requiring much force to remove it from the bushing. Usually about 30 seconds of torch heat beyond the point they start smoking.

Lord knows I tried, but when you'd like more information about a product, e-mail and then even phone and leave a message with the sponsor, a very popular one on RL by the way, and you get no response to neither, one has to wonder what after sales service would be like.

I have never seen that before - you must of either had a weak one or hit it hard. I use a very hot torch and they usually just pull out, sort of like a knife in butter. This is not a part you can buy separately from Porsche - perhaps you can find a broken arm at one of the wreckers? They may have a car that was hit on the front end where the A arms are broken, the these bushings are fine.

. Ended up cutting through the exposed rubber then pulling it out and cleaned it up. My 2 cents......for those contemplating Walrod Bushings, buy the preloaded control arms and save yourself some aggravation.
