Bill ... you know none of us are as organized as you with information .. well, I guess I'll speak for myself here .. I'll have to backtrack and see if I have a copy from my Cab's PPI, I can't remember if the shop actually had it or he showed it to me online. So, there was one on the '95's as well? ..

Hi Bill ... ok, of course, I couldn't find a paper copy .. but just for you I called the shop and asked about it and they said it was a failure due to defective cylinder head studs .. I guess they would work loose out of the block .. and that caused leaking and eventually failure. The referred me to this:

Interesting post, the VIN for my car is specifcally mentioned in the TSB. My VIN ends in 0225 and was manufactured on 1/27/1994 so the dates mentioned are spot on. In the preceding years I have since replaced the suspension components because of age.
