Default I am buying a perfect '96 C4S for $7,428!!!!

I am in the process of selling my 993 to myself...well, actually from my company to me personally. I was looking for a valuation web site that listed a LOW value and I found one...EDMUNDS...

Crazy the difference between KBB and Edmunds.

Kbb = a pretty decent $39,900 in good condition...$41K in excellent.

Edmunds = Trade in $7,428 and Dealer Retail $13,429

This is for a '96 C4S with 75K miles...

I will buy one too

It is really low I mean some Honda Civics might get a higher trade-in than your 993 according to Edmunds.

Good to see someone here benefit from such bizarre, unrealistic evaluations. Numbers like that can't possibly be based on actual sale data.

Take care that no one runs into you and totals your car though - I'm no expert, but if your insurance company sees the sale figures, you may be compensated at that level...

Granted I'm no tax/financial expert, but is this the sort of thing you really want to air out on the internet..?

Isn't it based on replacement value?

This is about the only time I can think of when you'd want Bruce Anderson's price estimate.
