My friend just picked up a targa
My buddy Al, at my suggestion started looking for a 993 and found a nice one in Colorado. 18k miles, targa, 6 speed, arena red on light grey. He is currently in Albequerke on his way back to Boston. It might have 21k miles on it by then... He paid low to mid 40's for it. He is a happy man, it's his first P car.

This is an old ebay ad for the car. It seemed to be all there with no stories after some checking so he went for it.

Nice! I saw this car come up a couple of times and really liked the Arena/Marble color combo .. think how nice and cool that interior will be in the summer :-) Get your friend hooked up man, you could buy him a Rennlist membership as a congratulation gift :-) ... am I spending other peoples money again ... ?

He is approaching Little Rock Arkansas now, smooth sailing but there is some bad weather ahead of him he is keeping an eye on. This would have been a better trip in a month, the weather is still a big factor.

Too bad I missed your post earlier. There were some great stops for food in Russelville and Conway. Make sure he gets some Memphis BBQ.
Oh, and the car looks great. I bet he is enjoying the ride. Get some cell phone shots!
