Hmm, no pictures, but I have a pretty solid mental picture of what the stock 993 mufflers look like inside. Post up what you have (if not stock mufflers) and I will compare. I could also do a sketch, but willing to bet someone else has photos. I also have an extra set I cut open years back and welded, so those could be reopened.

Three Wheelin'
The first one is a standard Muffler (Mine) and second is a TT muffler (Borrowed, credit unknown). I think that the Motorsound just uses a larger bypass than the standard muffler. Maybe 1-1/2" instead of 1/2" ? Hard to tell from these pics, but as an FYI, the partition is perforated. Also the portion between the partition and the inlet/outlet end is packed with fiberglass. Hope this helps.

993 Pilot has posted some good pics. A motorsound muffler has a larger diameter internal cross over pipe. That's the difference between stock NA and motorsound. On the tt, it's hard to tell from the pic, but the perf at the botton of the internal piping is expanded, like an oval cage.
As far as RS cans go, I have no idea.

Noise is becoming more and more of an issue at a local track that shall remain nameless, mine w/ tt sidemufflers and a cat bypass is borderline.
First noise abatement step will be to revert from Motorsound airbox to a stock one, and I'm thinking the stock mufflers may be quieter than the tts.
