Orange on that color car looks better, softer
I have silver on my Ocean Blue as I wanted to maintain the titanium / silver colored theme throughout my 1998 Carrera 4 cab
It's all in the details, you either have the eye for it it not as they say

Default Badges?

The red on the later badge has a translucent quality. Its kinda shrinky dink-like if you ask me. Anyone want to buy a 99655921101 badge? Never installed!

I have seen these discussions - not sure why its an issue. I heated up my brand new gasket with my heat gun, got it nice and hot, and then worked it around the badge. Worked like a charm!
