Nice car. They say Cargraphics wheels... they look like BBS LeMans wheels to me. They claim 490 hp with a ECU flash, sport cats and B&B exhaust. Oh... if 490 HP were only that easy. Still... nice car.
<edit> Upon further review, I don't know what I am talking about with regard to the wheels... very well might be Cargraphics.

There is a blk 3.8L 993TT posted for sale in June issue of Panorama with 90K miles asking $42K.

I wanted it too but it was already sold when I contacted Wayne. I thought that was priced right as not too many high mile turbos are FS. That one had GT2 turbos and tranny regear which may mean track time. I was interested because it is one owner. There was RL member who sold a red Anadial recent engine rebuilt 3TT for $45 with 145K miles a year or two ago.
If this car's engine was rebuilt recently, then its a great deal. Otherwise, you have to consider rebuilding cost.

Usually the ones in the high 40's are very high mileage examples with likely major issues or just lots of wear, the ones in the 50's are higher mileage examples that may, if you fluke out, be in good shape, but it's a bit hit and miss. If you get into the low 60's, there seems to be a wide range of options, and above that the real cherry examples are available. Then there is the stupidly-high $90K+ cars which cannot be driven otherwise they plunge off the depreciation curve.
Hopefully I will see a no-issues, non-stressed, fairly low miles, no-accidents, babies, no engine mods to push more power (!!) 993 Turbo in the 50's, but I suspect not anytime soon.... :-(
Cheers,
Mike
