How many of you guys are seeing these "man caves" in your areas?

We have one like this currently being promoted here in Vancouver, but we also have some of the most expensive real estate in North America...so it may be hard to price right. I am checking into it.

If you look at it as a summer house and a place to keep your collection, it makes perfect sense. On top of it you have, essentially, a country club thing going on. They mentioned prices from $40K to $500K. Not that much for a membership with ability to spend weekends there.

The problem is that this paradise is in Minnesota. Which means 8 month a year of winter. Which makes it ironic and unusable. although the land is cheap (if you live in Minnesota, please strike this last remark from the record ).

This was my first question also.

We have a local track here in the NC Piedmont area (VIR actually southern VA) that has suites available to rent (or buy I assume).

It's about an 1.5 hrs from Raleigh and there's always something going on.

Here in Florida they should build these Man Cave's next to Sebring or Moroso.
Track availability and car availability become one in a setup like that !
